Key Role in Operations

This is a unique opportunity to join our operations team and combine your customer service skills with experience in building artificial intelligence assistants for clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new accounts and engage with existing clients to explore new use cases and communicate new functionalities.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients on the AI solutions implemented.
Prior Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Experience roles or technical support.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed, customer-centric decisions.
  • Familiarity with process automation, preferably with experience utilizing Zapier.
  • Strong passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
