The Digital Workspace Operations Manager will be responsible for contributing to the management and optimization of Myskysys' digital environment. This role involves overseeing the Onsite Support team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital workspace solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for enhancing user productivity through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Supervise the Onsite Support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Infrastructure Management
- Coordinate with the Infrastructure team to maintain and improve Myskysys' IT infrastructure.
- Training and Development
- Assist in training, and performance evaluations for team members to promote professional development and efficiency.
- Digital Workspace Management
- Support the implementation and management of digital workspace Operation solutions.
- Monitor and optimize digital workspace performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Technical Support
- Provide second-level technical support for complex issues escalated by the Onsite Support team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital workspace environments.
- Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of Myskysys' IT.
- Communication and Reporting
- Work closely with the Client and other IT staff to align digital workspace strategies with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Onsite Support and Infrastructure teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports on digital workspace performance and team activities to senior management.
- Project Participation
- Participate in IT projects, such as new technology rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the planning, testing, and implementation of project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or a related field.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
