We're seeking a highly skilled HRIS Senior Specialist to join our growing People Technology Team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing our HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.

As an HRIS Senior Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify development areas and providing technical solutions using HR systems and technology.
  • Providing support for HR system upgrades and enhancements, including prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
  • Consulting with functional leaders and SMEs in the People team to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for People, candidates, employees, managers, and business leaders.
  • Reviewing business processes to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identifying tool features that may improve efficiency.
  • Building basic and advanced custom reports and extracting data requests.
  • Helping, advising, and training the People team on using HR tools best practice.
  • Providing an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems and investigating and resolving errors quickly and efficiently.
  • Collecting, documenting, and maintaining security requirements and policies for user-level access to HR applications.
  • Managing support queries from stakeholders via our ticketing system Jira.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience with HR systems, 5+ years of system experience (including some implementation) with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Absence being critical.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different functional stakeholders (both technical and non) at all levels of a global organization.
  • Certifications: Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Absence one other certification is required.
  • You've got a strong background and experience in HRIS (Workday) configuration, administration, and core HCM.
  • Experience of other HR tools like Peakon, Absorb Learning, Smart Recruiters, Cronofy, Visier.
  • Hands-on experience in Workday technologies: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Cloud Connect (CCB, CCW, PICOF, PECI), Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics.
  • Workday Extend experience including Orchestration and PMD scripting.
  • You've played a role in a system implementation end to end.
  • You're analytically minded, a data and spreadsheets whiz who loves to solve problems and has the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, able to flex your approach as needed and manage a busy, varied workload.
  • You're an exceptional communicator and great at building relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.
  • Project management capability and personal organization skills, in particular, delivering against projected timelines.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal with the ability to translate technical information to simple language and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Focus on security and confidentiality.
  • Can spot opportunities, curious about data insights and proactively seeking insight and answers.
  • Use critical thinking to create innovative solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
