About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for cultivating talent sourcing channels, developing relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth and implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification, screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Work closely with Business, TA, and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment.
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Experience with candidate engagement and offer negotiations
  • Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for tracking and managing candidates
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to implement recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
  • Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to own one or more recruiting projects, partnering with client teams including, but not limited to, improving process improvement, candidate experience, etc.
