We seek a senior technical leader to spearhead the design and delivery of web applications that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers, guiding architecture, design, and implementation using Python and Django.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver new features.
  • Ensure best practices are followed to build scalable solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Serve as a key advisor, assessing and balancing trade-offs in technical decisions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Python and Django development.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and seamless integration with back-end systems.
  • Proven track record in application architecture, data modeling, and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
  • Advanced skills in team leadership, project planning, and risk management.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
