Research Associate Role Summary
We are a global organization dedicated to advancing medical research and improving patient outcomes.
Job DescriptionAs a Research Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clinical research programs. This includes managing research activities at participating sites, identifying potential sites for research projects, and performing various study start-up activities.
You will be responsible for training sites on data collection procedures, managing site activities during study maintenance, and closing down research activities once the study has concluded.
Additionally, you will conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and ensure compliance with obtaining informed consent, reporting potential safety-related events, and adhering to all applicable regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sites, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
- Language Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
