Key Product Position

As a key product influencer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product initiatives.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product launches and features.
  • Become an expert in industrialized construction workflows to identify opportunities for growth and prioritize feature development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product team members to develop and refine overall product vision and strategy.
  • Analyze customer interactions and analytics data to inform product decisions.
  • Define and refine user interface designs from concept through implementation.
  • Promote the voice of the customer within agile teams.
  • Facilitate customer interaction and research through various formats.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise product management roles.
  • You have 3+ years of experience working in the AEC industry.
  • You are skilled in writing product manuals.
  • You have led complex product initiatives throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • You possess deep empathy and awareness of AEC users and their needs.
  • You are familiar with data and construction industry trends and terminology.
  • You excel at collaboration and communication with multi-disciplinary teams.
Bonus Points If
  • You have an understanding of general UI/UX principles.
  • You are comfortable designing with Figma.
  • You have familiarity with component libraries and design systems.
