We're looking for a seasoned Director of Product Strategy to drive product strategy and growth across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement & Pre-Sales:
- Act as a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process, engaging with potential clients to understand their vision, challenges, and goals.
- Provide strategic product consulting, helping clients refine their product direction and align their vision with actionable roadmaps.
- Proposal Development & Consultancy:
- Work closely with internal teams to shape compelling proposals that align with the client's business needs.
- Provide strategic recommendations on product direction, market positioning, and user experience.
- Design Leadership & Execution:
- Facilitate prototyping efforts, especially in the early stages of engagement, driving/creating napkin/high-level prototypes/concepts when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility.
- Agility & Adaptability:
- Comfortably switch between different projects, industries, and challenges, adapting quickly to new client needs.
- Excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Communication & Influence:
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership, acting as a bridge between business and design.
- Executive/Managerial Experience:
- Conduct meetings with executive stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors, etc.), creating and driving presentations that showcase strategic thinking with a clear business impact.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in Executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, or 7+ years of Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design.
- Expertise in Product Strategy:
- Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
- Strong UX Background:
- Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
- Consultative Mindset:
- Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
- Business Acumen:
- Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit.
- Excellent Communication:
- Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
- English:
- Upper-Intermediate level.
