Program Coordinator

The Class/Program Coordinator is a vital role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

  • This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases, acting as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries, monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed, facilitating communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries, coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery, planning and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement, liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery, and maintaining records, reports, and program-related documentation.

Key qualifications include proficiency in English, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education, and familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
