Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Murex professional to join our team as a Back-Office Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Murex functionalities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve daily Back-Office end-user issues on both functional and technical aspects
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements
  • Develop requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs
  • Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various application support deliverables
  • Contribute to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (Senior level skills in pre and post-trade workflows)
  • Hands-on experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle
  • Strong personality, logical and analytical skills, detailed-oriented, quick learner, self-starter
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills
  • Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, P&L concept overall and its components
