We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in the success of our constantly growing company.
You will be designing, developing, and maintaining robust systems that support our financial services, ensuring seamless operations and excellent user experience.

Responsibilities- Create well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Propose elemental tech implementations which support architectural changes as solving scaling and performance problems.
- Work with version control using GitHub, conflict resolution, and automation of continuous integration processes.
- Write software documentation.
Experience in projects in areas of financial services, payment processing, wallet payments, open finance, among others, will experience import differential.
An academic background oriented toward computer science, engineering, or software development disciplines will experience important differential.
Developing solutions that meet the complexities and challenges of a large number of customers is desirable, especially if you have experience with microservices architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Mobile Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure.
- Proactive mindset with sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences.
- Ability to mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

It is highly desirable to have practical familiarity with one or more core financial domains.
We are interested in your real-world experience on projects like loan origination engines, payment processing platforms, open finance interfaces, or fraud detection pipelines.
