Job Opportunity: Digital Experience Intern

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Experience Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our Onboarding Digital Experience team, alongside Global Strategy and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Onboarding Resource Centers by ensuring solution specialists are up-to-date on the latest onboarding updates and improvements.
  • Manage Webinar Landing Pages by creating and executing maintenance routines for webinar pages.
  • Develop branding and assets needed to support our communications strategy.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders through straightforward messaging.
Customer Onboarding Strategy Support:
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of our Customer Onboarding Strategy.
Experience Mapping & Content Curation:
  • Conduct daily operations as part of the Experience Owners team responsible for onboarding journey mapping.
Involvement in Ad-hoc Projects:
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to address business demands.
Social Media:
  • Create engaging social media content.
Ai Media:
  • Utilize AI tools to develop diverse assets.
Requirements:
  • Takes initiative and perseveres, staying curious.
  • Likes working on meaningful, innovative projects and is energized by lifelong learning.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and passion for learning.
  • Ambition to grow within the organization.
  • Good graphical design skills or interest in developing them.
  • Experienced in video editing or interested in developing this skill.
  • Has experience in creation or maintenance activities of SharePoint Pages.
  • Fluent communication in English is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
