Lead Americas Partner Sales

We're looking for a seasoned leader to head our partner sales efforts in the Americas. This role involves driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing a team of partner leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and managing successful partner relationships, as well as experience with sales strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth through partner channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee a team of partner leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership or partner management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner channels.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
