Key Responsibilities:- Implement HR processes aligned with business objectives and cost considerations.
- Ensure legal compliance with local employment laws and manage transactional activities and disciplinary cases.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with local authorities and social partners.
- Coach managers to enhance organizational performance.
- Build and manage talent flow to meet current and future business needs.
- Ensure high data quality for HR activities to support decision-making.
- Lead internal transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption across the organization.
- Monitor and execute strategic workforce planning for resource optimization.
- Manage a team of HR Business Partners, overseeing their performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR advisory roles.
Additional skills include Employee Relations, Analytics, Organization Change and Development, Learning and Development, Business Partnering, Employee Value Proposition, and Talent Management.
