Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, individuals and families by providing Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Behavioral Health services. As a Mobile Therapist, you will join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.

You'll work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs. This may involve conducting psychosocial assessments, providing therapy and family support, and crisis interventions using various treatment modalities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to establish trust and rapport quickly, and possess a good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance. A Master's Degree in a human services field is required, and experience is preferred or as required by state.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment.
  • Provide therapy, family support, and crisis interventions to an individual, family and/or group.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Work with members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate other treatment initiatives including school performance, permanency, and reunification planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree in a human services field.
  • Experience preferred or as required by state.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance.
