SAP Internship Experience

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to participate in our SAP iXp Internship Program - Product Support S4/HANA Procurement. This role is ideal for university students seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with daily tasks and organizational activities, including incident monitoring, queue management, and other duties.
  • Provide state-of-the-art support services to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently.
  • Analyze and resolve reported incidents using knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries or hardware parameters.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
  • Deflect incidents through productization of knowledge, moderation of forums, and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in global projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Report errors to Development.
  • Offer consulting services to customers on procedural issues and queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related academic programs.
  • Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++, ABAP/4, Python, JavaScript) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP Business Processes would be advantageous.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
