Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and executing our tax strategy in Brazil. You will partner with internal resources and external firms to set up local books and records, manage all aspects of direct and indirect tax compliance, and oversee the preparation, review, and filing of all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute our tax strategy in Brazil
  • Manage all aspects of direct and indirect tax compliance
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
  • Partner with internal resources and external firms to set up local books and records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, or Business Administration
  • 8+ years of progressive tax experience in Brazil, with strong exposure to both direct and indirect taxes
  • Proven experience working in multinational companies, particularly with cross-border tax reporting and compliance
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tax provision reporting under both US GAAP and Brazilian GAAP
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
