VIP Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to expand our elite player base by identifying and recruiting high-value VIP players from competing casinos and online communities.

The ideal candidate will drive onboarding strategies that leverage exclusive incentives, ensuring seamless integration into our platform.

This is a dynamic, results-oriented position ideal for a proactive professional with a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively scout and identify VIP players from other casinos, online forums, social media, and iGaming communities.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to attract high-rollers, highlighting Maktub's unique offerings such as special lossbacks, bonuses, reloads, and tailored rewards.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new VIP players, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruited players to foster long-term loyalty and maximize retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to refine VIP acquisition tactics and track performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communities to optimize hunting strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a proven track record in player acquisition, VIP management, or similar roles.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with diverse player bases.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage high-value individuals persuasively.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities to customize offers and close deals.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a hunter's instinct for identifying opportunities.
  • Familiarity with crypto casinos and GambleFi ecosystems is beneficial.
