Job Summary

Our company is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business roles.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
