
Key Player in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

Our company is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business roles.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
