Job Opportunity

We seek a forward-thinking professional to spearhead our talent acquisition initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategy and overseeing the entire talent acquisition function.

You will collaborate closely with senior executives to understand business requirements, align hiring strategies, and participate in strategic discussions related to workforce planning and talent priorities.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with experience in strategic leadership, change management, and data-driven decision-making. They should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative talent acquisition strategy, leading change management initiatives, and optimizing recruitment processes and systems.

They will also be expected to embed diversity and inclusion principles into all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines and equitable hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Collaborate directly with senior executives to understand business requirements, align hiring strategies, and participate in strategic discussions related to workforce planning and talent priorities.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to new recruitment models and processes, ensuring engagement and effective adoption across the organization.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and systems to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate experience.
  • Embed diversity and inclusion principles into all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines and equitable hiring practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership in talent acquisition, with a track record of delivering results in large organizations.
  • Strong experience in partnering with executives and contributing to strategic discussions on people and talent matters.
  • Hands-on experience with change management projects and organizational transformation.
  • Ability to lead diverse and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience implementing D&I practices in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Fluent English.
