Lead Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting recruitment across different levels and business areas, both locally and internationally.They will act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in talent attraction and acquisition, supporting business needs while ensuring alignment with global standards and enhancing the employer brand.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in talent acquisition, advising HRBPs and business leaders on workforce implications of organizational changes
  • Contribute to workforce planning discussions and recruitment strategy definition
  • Collaborate with sourcing partners to forecast talent needs and provide labor market insights
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the Employer Value Proposition is well represented throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify and lead key strategic opportunities, leveraging resources to implement impactful solutions within the function, site, region, or country
  • Guide hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process
  • E nsure an excellent candidate experience throughout all touchpoints
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, relevant experience and/or certifications in HR functions, and a proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably in multinational companies and/or production site environments. Advanced English language skills and proficiency in strategic thinking, data analysis, and stakeholder management are also required. Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques, diversity strategies and working in complex organizational structures is highly desirable.This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence once a week. During high-volume recruitment periods or bulk hiring, on-site presence may be required more frequently. Relocation support is available for candidates not currently based in the region.
