Strategic Cloud Solution Advisor

Job Description:
">A senior technical account manager is needed to work closely with customers and help them achieve their goals. As a trusted advisor, this person will assess customer needs and create strategies for the adoption of cloud services.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to communicate effectively with small and large audiences and possess excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with experience in AWS or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and using cloud management platforms like Tanzu CloudHealth are also desirable.
">Key Responsibilities Include:
">- Managing customer relationships and creating strategies for cloud adoption">
- Developing deep relationships with customers to understand their business needs">
- Providing ongoing consultative guidance on areas such as cloud optimization and modernization">
- Ensuring the health and security of AWS environments">
- Engaging with various stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives">
- Improving customer satisfaction through regular reviews and plans">
- Actively reporting on customer satisfaction issues and usage trends">
- Anticipating risks and developing mitigation strategies">
Qualifications:
">- 5+ years of experience as a technical account manager or similar">
- Customer-facing experience with effective communication skills">
- Experience managing multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment">
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms">
- Understanding of two or more of the following areas: Customer Success and Account Strategy, Governance and Compliance, FinOps, Infrastructure as Code, Migration and Modernization, Cloud Security, DevOps, Cloud Architecture and Design">
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and applying its pillars to customer environments">
- Experience using cloud management platforms such as Tanzu CloudHealth">
- AWS certification at the Associate level or above">
