Advisory Solution Consultant Role

This is a strategic opportunity to join our organization as an Advisory Solution Consultant. As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to our client-facing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical consultant and domain expert for our client-facing sales teams
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
  • Address technical and feature-related inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Provide constructive feedback to product management regarding product enhancements
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and support marketing events, including trade shows and conferences
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
  • Strong collaboration skills working with product management, marketing, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered tools for automation and workflow enhancement
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and market differentiation strategies
  • Familiarity with leading marketing events and executive briefings
