We are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Advisor to join our team. As a strategic advisor, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, driving talent initiatives, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR guidance and support to business leaders and teams.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies.
- Partner with management to address employee relations issues and provide coaching support.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives and drive culture development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Excellent consulting and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HR analytics and metrics.
- Superb communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
