Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced internal talent advisor to join our team in Brazil. As a senior-level professional, you will serve as a strategic liaison between clients and recruiters.

This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate has a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and recruiters, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
  • Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with an emphasis on talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
  • Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
