Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough recruitment processes, including profile alignment, advertising, screening, interviews, and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with managers to define profiles and attraction strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and tests to assess candidate skills and fit.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Have experience in volume recruitment and various positions within the organization.
  • Possess knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
