We seek a dedicated and proactive Technical Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering leaders to identify top talent for key positions. This includes software developers, architects, product managers, DevOps engineers, and technology leadership roles. Our goal is to connect top-tier talent with innovative companies, fostering growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top technical talent for our clients
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to understand client needs
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
  • Maintain a strong network of professional contacts and industry relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in technical recruiting or sourcing
  • Strong understanding of software development and engineering principles
