Job Description:

This role will play a pivotal part in driving our hiring strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growth and strategic goals. You will oversee the entire Talent Acquisition function, partnering closely with our executive team and business leaders to understand talent needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver results.

You will lead change management initiatives related to new recruitment models and processes, ensuring engagement and effective adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an innovative Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with our goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Collaborate directly with senior executives to understand business needs, align hiring strategies, and participate in strategic discussions related to workforce planning and talent priorities.
  • Lead middle management teams, inspiring, mentoring, and developing a diverse team to foster high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic leadership in Talent Acquisition, with a track record of delivering results in large organizations.
  • Strong experience in partnering with executives and contributing to strategic discussions on people and talent matters.
  • Hands-on experience with change management projects and organizational transformation.
