About Our Global Client Manager Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform client acquisition and relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM;
- Build rapport by enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication;
- Develop key customer service processes and systems, establish management rules, and track the status of key customers;
- Analyze client behavior, identify their unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports;
- Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and customer experience.
- At least 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc.;
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus;
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills.
