The role of an Experienced Recruiter entails identifying and recruiting skilled engineers to meet the growing demand in the Swedish IT industry.
Sweden is facing a shortage of approximately 30,000 engineers by 2030. Your primary responsibility will be to source top talent from around the world to fill various positions in Sweden.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong network of local engineering talent within the IT sector.
- Attract high-quality candidates with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different countries and time zones to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and methods to effectively communicate their value to potential candidates.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector or similar technical field.
- Strong understanding of headhunting principles and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
- Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn new ones quickly.
- Analytical and organized individual with attention to detail, capable of efficiently closing recruitment requests.
- Self-motivated, social, friendly, and outgoing with a positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and clients.
