">Program Manager for Medical Communications
">This role requires a program manager with experience in medical communications. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a program team, managing staff and ensuring compliance with client and company policies.
">The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, with leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the program team">
- Support staff to ensure contracted services are delivered according to client and company policies">
- Develop and coach staff members to improve their performance">
- Oversee development of client reports and procedural documents">
- Monitor and troubleshoot program issues to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations">
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will have a healthcare degree, preferably a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or nursing, or an associate degree in nursing with 2 years' experience. They will also require previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with responsibilities involving counseling or providing medical information, as well as leadership experience.
">Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, time management and multi-tasking skills, interpersonal and decision-making skills, and the ability to coach and train staff.
">Working Environment:
">The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate with diverse groups of people, and use standard office equipment and technology proficiently.
