Key Responsibilities- Monthly closings are conducted to consolidate costs, ensuring accuracy in reporting for the board of directors.
- Forestry operations are monitored daily through Service Orders, and payment processes are generated accordingly.
- Fixed costs are controlled monthly, identifying deviations and making necessary adjustments with area managers and field staff.
- Purchase orders are created, materials registered, and SAP registration sheets managed.
- Service providers are interfaced with, ensuring operational alignment with contracts and monitoring deadlines, yields, and execution periods.
- Support sectors are reported to, guaranteeing compliance with company policies on quality, safety, occupational health, and environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Forestry Engineering, Administration, or related fields is required.
- Experience in the forestry sector is a must.
- Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Power BI knowledge are essential.
- Knowledge of forest formation and silvicultural activities is necessary.
- Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
- Will to relocate is a requirement.
