Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support our management team in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This includes municipal governments, NGOs, public agencies, and municipalities.

  • Develop strategies to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of stakeholder engagement plans and develop positive agendas.
  • Map stakeholders, build monitoring matrices, analyze risks, opportunities, and threats.
  • Negotiate various topics with stakeholders, including taxes, tax incentives, environmental licensing, land expropriation, and other matters of interest.
  • Lead presentations to stakeholders and represent the company externally when necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be willing to relocate to Alagoinhas, BR. If you have a passion for sustainable development and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
