  • CONDUCT ACCURATE, ASSERTIVE, AND RELEVANT FINANCIAL AND COMMERCIAL ANALYSES TO ASSIST EFFECTIVE DECISION-MAKING">
  • ENSURE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF APPROPRIATE INTERNAL CONTROL PROCESSES AND THE PROPER ADOPTION OF GROUP PROCEDURES">
  • ACTION AS A TEAM LEADER, CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS IN LINE WITH ESTABLISHED STRATEGIES AND OBJECTIVES">
  • RAISE RED FLAGS TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT SWIFTLY AND DILIGENTLY WHEN COMPLIANCE WITH PRINCIPLES IS AT RISK">

Key Challenges and Expectations:

">

The ideal candidate will be able to identify the company's financial situation through analysis of financial resources and economic agents, seeking improvements and supporting strategic decision-making. This includes developing and submitting budget planning for review by local and divisional executive management, as well as carrying out accurate forecasting throughout the year.

You will also develop internal procedures for the finance department and contribute to procedures in other departments to ensure standardization of activities. Additionally, you will protect and manage company assets, supporting appropriate processes for inventory and fixed assets.

Another key responsibility is to ensure all financial reports and information comply with solid principles and guarantee that all statutory and accounting closing activities are performed properly, with quality and within deadlines.

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid experience in finance and controlling roles, along with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power BI, is also essential.

Familiarity and experience with the solid principles of our way of doing things, as well as advanced English proficiency to lead business meetings with division and business area representatives, are highly desirable.

Skills:

We are looking for individuals with problem-solving focus and excellent data analysis skills. Leadership experience, particularly in team management, is preferred, as well as the ability and passion for translating indicators and KPIs into relevant business insights.
