Senior Digital Adoption Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving internal and external adoption of software products, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital adoption initiatives.
Job DescriptionThis role involves assessing needs and use cases for digital adoption project requests, designing solutions, measuring results, and iterating to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement digital adoption strategies that drive user engagement and adoption.
- Develop high-quality content for digital adoption initiatives, including written materials and visual elements.
- Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Promote the value of digital adoption technologies throughout the organization.
- Experience with digital adoption documentation tools, such as Walkme.
- 3-5 years of experience in web development with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new software (jQuery experience a plus).
- Direct experience with the Walkme platform is a plus.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
