Product Quality Transformation Leader

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to lead initiatives that transform reactive quality insights into preventive actions.

This role is pivotal in applying structured problem-solving methodologies, ensuring that lessons learned are embedded into new developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Quality & Lessons Learned
  • Engage problem-solving using structured methodologies, with emphasis on identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure lessons learned from reactive issues are captured, documented, and integrated into future project requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional reviews to drive preventive actions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate investigations and quality improvement actions across departments.
  • Represent the customer voice in technical forums and quality reviews.
  • Support new product development with insights from field performance and past issues.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze quality data and identify trends.
  • Monitor and report quality KPIs, proposing actions based on predictive insights.
About You:

You will bring:

  • Strong experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, etc.) and statistical data analysis.
  • Familiarity with product systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Fluent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with project management and leadership.
