Job Title: 487 Brand Quality Leader

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, with a strong preference for those holding a Master's degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent GTT QCS to Central Business Areas, ensuring product quality and reliability.
  • Receive and respond to MQRs, proactively identifying and preventing customer quality issues.
  • Perform pre-investigations, introduce proper solutions, and actively search for rapid containment actions.
  • Drive rapid field responses, recommend solving processes, and appoint QSP Leaders when necessary.
  • Support PME during root cause analysis, follow up on CPIs, and develop QCS KPI materials.
  • Predict quality levels, contribute to long-term quality roadmaps, and lead quick action teams within GTT (QAGs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
  • Mastery of quality tools, particularly Root cause analysis, Statistical analysis, and Reliability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
  • Able to manage multiple parallel activities while prioritizing tasks effectively.
