Quality Assurance Expert

This is a high-priority position in our organization focused on ensuring the quality of software products. As a senior-level QA engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to verify the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure thorough coverage of all product features and functionalities.
- Analyze requirements and specifications to identify areas that require additional testing or validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Identify, document, and report defects and bugs to ensure timely resolution and minimize their impact on product releases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on functional and regression testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Knowledge of test management tools, such as JIRA/Xray, and experience with automation frameworks like Playwright.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
