Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing thorough manual test cases and test scripts based on system specifications and requirements.

  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts to ensure robust product validation;
  • Develop multiple test scenarios, including non-traditional test cases, negative testing, edge cases, and performance considerations;
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and plan testing processes;
  • Identify issues for correction and create detailed logs to document testing phases;
  • Report bugs and errors to the development team, primarily using project management tools;
  • Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes of defects;
  • Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation, with experience in tools like Xray;
  • Participate actively in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in manual testing;
  • 1-2 years of experience in Selenium and Python programming;
  • Proven experience in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts;
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, xRay, GitHub, or GitLab;
  • Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Basic database knowledge (e.g., MySQL, Postgres);
  • Experience in testing application software hosted in cloud environments (AWS preferred);
  • Ability to think outside the box to develop multiple scenarios and identify non-traditional test cases, incorporating negative testing and edge cases;
  • Quick learner with a passion for troubleshooting;
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Dynamic and proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in work;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including a good sense of priority management and adaptability;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
