Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Quality Leader to drive our quality standards and initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of quality strategies across product lines.

This position requires a strong background in engineering, preferably in mechanical or mechatronics. Experience with quality tools such as 8D methodology and statistical data analysis is essential. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also necessary qualifications.

As a Senior Product Quality Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive quality and lessons learned
  • Engaging problem-solving using the 8D methodology
  • Facilitating workshops and cross-functional reviews to drive preventive actions
  • Coordinating investigations and quality improvement actions across teams
  • Representing the customer voice in technical forums
  • Supporting new product development with insights from field performance and past issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quality tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
