Product Quality Director

Our team is looking for an experienced professional to lead our product quality initiatives. This position requires a strong background in engineering, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics disciplines.
Key Qualifications- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, statistical methods, and reliability
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with truck systems and applications is appreciated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Jira, Volvo Portal, LVD, VDA+, KOLA, Impact is appreciated
- Understanding of the dealer network is a plus
- Identify and prioritize customer quality issues
- Lead pre-investigations and recommend containment actions
- Analyze data using Excel, Power BI, SQL, Minitab to support investigations
- Recommend and present external campaigns to the Campaign Committee
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during the initial phases of quality issues solving process
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across GTT, GTO, and brands
- Support new projects with field experience and contribute to long-term quality roadmaps
- Represent the customer voice in problem-solving processes
- Predict and report quality KPIs to the organization
