Key Infrastructure Engineer

Join a dynamic team to shape the infrastructure of our innovative platform.

Our rapidly growing organization is seeking an experienced Key Infrastructure Engineer to join our newly formed Platform team. This individual will play a crucial role in scaling our infrastructure, optimizing key product flows, and building end-to-end systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining large-scale products, working with backend and frontend technologies, and possessing a systems-thinking mindset. They should be able to work quickly to generate ideas and options and know how to decide which things can ship now and what things need time.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Build, own, and report on the performance of complex end-to-end systems
  • Actively participate in product decisions and refine the product roadmap
  • Work with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and expertise across our products

The successful candidate will also possess excellent collaboration skills, being able to inspire, play, and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and product managers.
