Enterprise Architecture Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead to drive the development and implementation of our data-driven SaaS solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for setting technical direction, raising engineering quality, and shipping secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own solution architecture and technical roadmap for full-stack services on AWS.
  • Design and implement distributed systems for Fortune-500-level scale, reliability, and performance.
  • Productize data: build services, pipelines, and APIs that turn data into customer-facing capabilities.
  • Guide hands-on development, code reviews, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate with Product/Data/Infra to translate business goals into technical deliverables.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices and documentation.
Requirements:
  • +5 years experience with Golang, Python, and React.
  • +5 years designing and operating AWS cloud architectures in production.
  • +5 years building enterprise-scale distributed systems and SaaS products.
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
  • Proficiency with Jupyter/Google Colab for analysis and prototyping.
  • Skilled across software, data, and infrastructure layers.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with observability, security standards, and compliance workflows.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
