Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Project Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Governance: Govern project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks to program success and escalate to management as necessary.
  • Project Delivery: Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs of moderately complex projects under broad supervision.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver project objectives.
  • Change Management: Manage change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to the development of training.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate project results against success metrics and recommend or implement changes to processes, resources, and solutions that improve productivity and end product.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in IT, and/or Information Security, and/or product development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications: Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc.) and risk management methodologies preferred. CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
