We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our backend systems.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing high-concurrency services and APIs. They should be able to guide a team of engineers working with Go and cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.

In this role, the successful applicant will also collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver robust, full-stack solutions. This includes conducting code reviews and mentoring mid-level and junior developers.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of backend development experience
  • 3+ years leading engineering teams or acting as Tech Lead
  • Expertise in Golang and building distributed systems
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservice architectures
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • English fluency (C1/C2 level)

A strong background in software engineering and passion for leading and mentoring teams is essential.
