Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive success in Oracle finance solutions. As a seasoned IT professional with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for planning and organizing tasks, reporting progress for implementations.

About the Role:
  • Plan and organize tasks, report progress for implementations.
  • Define scope, plan, and schedule projects.
  • Lead user sessions for requirement and testing, create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and perform functional testing.
  • Guide technical teams in the development of reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle Applications.
  • Understand and modify application configuration as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options, etc.).
  • Assist users with problems and resolve issues independently.
  • Create and maintain system documentation.
  • Work with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues.
  • Review requests, assign/delegate tasks, and track progress.
  • Provide leadership for functional solution design.
  • Proactively assess opportunities, risks, challenges for technology and business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in configuration and setup for Oracle Financial modules.
  • Spanish language expertise with localization expertise (implementation experience) is a must.
  • Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
  • Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.
  • Understanding of functional concepts & flow of Oracle Application Modules.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
