Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in real estate project coordination? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Real Estate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support underwriting and analysis of real estate deals by coordinating due diligence and managing deal documents.
- Coordinate construction budgets, milestones, and timelines, and track progress on key projects.
- Manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and track expenses for real estate investments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination.
- Understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes.
- Solid experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organization.
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate (residential, commercial, or self-storage) is a plus.
