Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Calling and Lead Generation Specialist to drive our Commercial Real Estate business forward. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and adept at gathering and analyzing information online while confidently engaging prospects over the phone.

This role offers the chance to develop expertise in real estate capital markets while making a direct impact on our firm's growth.

  • Implement deal-specific outreach strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture them toward further discussions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
  • Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
  • Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related role.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent English communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
