  • Aplicar treinamento para os consultores
  • Apoiar consultores nas tratativas com clientes
  • Apoio estratégico ao coordenador
  • Apresentação de resultados

O que buscamos?

  • Carro próprio;
  • Habilitado a dirigir (CNH válida - Categoria B);
  • Experiência com vendas externas (porta a porta) a clientes PJ;
  • Experiência em fechamento de novos negócios;
  • Experiência em gestão de pessoas;
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em adquirencia será um diferencial;
  • Habilidade para falar em público, com diversos níveis, pessoas e temas;
  • Disciplina e postura energética;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade analítica de indicadores e propor estratégias de ação para resultados rápidos;
  • Organização, planejamento e autogerenciamento.
