Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel Administration Assistant to support our HR team at Continental. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance with employee management, ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Onboarding: Assist in the admissional process, including data upload to the HR ticket tool and document verification.
  2. Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
  4. HR Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  5. Administrative Support: Help organize the area and support the 5S program.
  6. HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is mandatory.
  3. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
  4. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
